The NFT Creator retains all intellectual property rights to the NFT and any associated content or materials.

The NFT Creator agrees to sell the NFT to the Purchaser in exchange for the agreed-upon purchase price. The Purchaser agrees to pay the purchase price in full at the time of purchase.

Upon payment of the purchase price, the NFT and any associated content or materials shall be transferred to the Purchaser. The Purchaser may use the NFT for personal, non-commercial purposes and may not reproduce or distribute the NFT or any associated content or materials without the express written consent of the NFT Creator.

The Purchaser may sell or trade the NFT on NFT marketplaces, subject to the terms and conditions of those marketplaces. The NFT Creator has no control or responsibility over any secondary sales or transactions.

The NFT Creator shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or ownership of the NFT, including but not limited to any lost profits or business opportunities.

The NFT is being sold for the sole purpose of providing the Purchaser access to the cryptocurrency and digital asset portfolio management app and its associated features, as well as access to the NFT Creator's Discord server. The NFT Creator makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the performance or profitability of the cryptocurrency portfolio management app or any associated features, and any trading decisions made by the Purchaser are solely the Purchaser's own responsibility.

The NFT Creator makes no claims or guarantees that the NFT, access to the cryptocurrency portfolio app, or any associated benefits are intended to be a security, commodity, or financial instrument, and the Purchaser

Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction.
